With the start of the new school year, take time to reflect on how the virtues and values can enhance your classrooms and curriculum. One value to discuss with students at the start of the semester is cooperation. The nature of competition in school sports and academics sets one person against another in a race to be #1.
Engage in a discussion with your students about the value of cooperation in classroom life. How do you find encouragement and support from those around you? How do you offer it to others in a spirit of cooperation? After your discussion, prayer a Cooperation Prayer as a class.
