Ordinary Time is a time to learn and follow the teachings of Christ in our daily lives, to grow as his disciples, and to become better able to give witness to his Good News in our everyday lives. The season is called Ordinary Time because the weeks are named in number order.
Download a leader’s guide with everything needed to plan an implement a full multigenerational whole community event for Ordinary Time. Use it with the entire parish community or all the students in a school community or religious education program.
Taking part in this Walking with Jesus through Ordinary Time event will allow participants to explain the meaning of Ordinary Time and to identify how they can make their faith in Christ part of the ordinary experiences of their lives.
