God has given us many gifts. The greatest gift of all is his Son, Jesus Christ. This prayer service will help students consider the changes Jesus has brought into their lives and changes they would like to see in the world. Let the gift of Jesus Christ here on Earth and in our hearts remain with us forever. The Celebration of Peace Christmas Prayer Service includes a Scripture reflection and a meditation.
After completing the Celebration of Peace Christmas Prayer Service encourage students to go out and be agents of peace, forgiveness, and mercy. Give each student a Prayer for World Peace Prayer Card to use at home to help them turn their hearts towards peace and find daily opportunities to share peace in what they say and do.
