President and Chief Executive Officer

Theresa was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer in September of 2022. She is known for leading and empowering divergent teams with innovative strategies to accelerate growth and steady margin improvement. She comes to this role with extensive publishing and retail planning and merchant experience. Most of her career was spent with Barnes & Noble Inc., where she was President of its publishing content development subsidiary, Sterling Publishing. Prior to that she held senior leadership positions with Saks Fifth Avenue and Macy’s, Inc.

Senior Vice President, Treasurer, Chief Financial and Operating Officer

Having 40 years of experience in various financial roles in the publishing industry, Tom joined Sadlier in October 2022. He brings with him an extensive background in the traditional accounting functions along with financial planning and analysis, business acquisitions and mergers, project management, and systems implementation. In addition, he has experience in rights management, fulfillment, and information systems.

In his current role, Tom is focused on process improvements, enhanced reporting, and operational excellence.

Senior Vice President, National Sales

Kevin Barrett is the Senior Vice President of National Sales at William H. Sadlier, Inc., where he spearheads sales strategies and initiatives across the organization. Based in the New York City Metropolitan Area, Kevin brings over 25 years of experience in the educational publishing industry, with a focus on sales management and educational technology.

Prior to joining Sadlier, Kevin was the Regional Vice President of Sales for the Eastern U.S. at Great Minds, where he successfully enhanced market presence and drove revenue growth. His career also includes significant leadership roles at Pearson K-12, including Vice President of Sales for Custom Publishing and General Manager, as well as positions at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt.

Vice President, Information Technology

Todd has honed his skills as a trusted leader over 28 years at Sadlier, working in all areas of IT. As VP of Information Technology, Todd's primary objective is to spearhead technology transformation, while prioritizing security, policy, and procedure. Through his strategic guidance and commitment to innovation, Todd drives Sadlier's technological advancements, maintaining a strong focus on user awareness and safeguarding sensitive information.

Senior Vice President, Publisher & Marketing

With over 30 years of publishing experience, Jeanine possesses a deep understanding of the K–12 educational and marketing landscape and how best to serve educators. At Sadlier, Jeanine has served in many leadership roles including Math Editorial Director, Director of Digital Instruction, Marketing Director, and Vice President, Academic Publishing.

As Senior Vice President, Publisher & Marketing, Jeanine is focused on driving the strategic direction of Sadlier’s academic and religion publishing with innovative print and digital solutions that support student achievement and developing marketing strategies to grow sales.

With 50 years of experience at Sadlier, Kevin has served in all sales administration and sales management positions. He oversees all facets of proposals on state, county, district and nationwide levels.

Vice President, Finance

Michelle has over 20 years of accounting and finance experience in various industries and varying company sizes. Her experience includes technical and traditional accounting, budgeting and forecasting, systems implementation, process improvements and reorganizations. Michelle is also a CPA.

As Vice President of Finance, Michelle is focused on improving processes, operational efficiencies, enhanced reporting and developing her staff.
