Charting a New Course for Math: Rethinking How We Do Math with Dr. Matthew Beyranevand

Session Description

Rethink Math Instruction! It has been said that change in education is slow moving, but not anymore! Ride along as Dr. Matthew Beyranevand shares his wild journey as a teacher, administrator, professor, and back to a teacher. This cycle has led him to change nearly every belief in math instruction. Together, we investigate assessing students, gaming in math, conceptual understanding, and instilling a passion for math!
